Fault finding on any property, domestic or commercial, remains the customer’s responsibility. This means that you must inform us of any sockets or switches that might not be visible. For example behind doors, in cupboards and so forth.
Please bear in mind that when we are trying to detect a fault, you are on the clock: if for example we have to go and collect equipment or product, this time is included as it is your time. If we are to come back on another day, the time would start afresh not from where we left off previously.
If however we have to return to continue the fault finding because it was not rectified before, we will continue from the time we left off.
