If you have booked us for a job and need to cancel, we will require sufficient notice as it is more than likely that we have turned other customers away to honour your booking. If you need to cancel a job 24 hours beforehand please call us, email will not help as we will be driving and working not having time to check mails. However, if materials were ordered for your specific task, we will have to charge for such materials. Failure to provide us with sufficient notice will result in charge.
I you book a job with us and wish to cancel 48 hours beforehand, you may call or email us. However, if any materials have been ordered for your job, a charge will be incurred. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in charge.
Please bear in mind, if you book a job in “out of office hours” and cancel without sufficient notice, a charge will be incurred.
If a customer or designated person leaves the engineer at the premises and does not supervise the job, any changes or additional requirements that the engineer has to do will be charged for at an additional cost.
Please bear in mind, we install and fit chandeliers and lights but do not fit trinkets.
We charge per hour on fault finding, if we find the fault within the hour, we charge for the full hour.
Please bear in mind, a parking fee will also be added.
